“Even when aid is delivered into Gaza - Hamas loots it for its own use, blatantly disregarding the needs of the population,” the IDF stated.
The IDF on Tuesday released a video of Hamas terrorists looting humanitarian aid in Gaza earlier this week.
“Contrary to Hamas’s false claims that the individuals in the video are security personnel, they are in fact Hamas terrorists who arrived to seize the aid from Gaza’s residents,” the military stated.
“Even when aid is delivered into Gaza, Hamas loots it for its own use, blatantly disregarding the needs of the population.”
The video was released days after The New York Times quoted anonymous IDF officials saying that there was no evidence to suggest that Hamas routinely stole humanitarian aid.
UN aid 'less susceptible' to Hamas looting
Military officials allegedly told the American outlet that the UN’s aid distribution system had been relatively reliable and less susceptible to Hamas’s looting efforts than other aid organizations.“Where’s the aid?”

Disagreements regarding starvation in Gaza
US President Donald Trump on Monday said he disagreed with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent claim that the UN is “creating an excuse and a lie about Israel” by saying that Israel is not allowing humanitarian aid to enter the enclave.“There are people who are hungry in Gaza; we are helping them, but other countries need to help as well,” Trump stated.
He also said that the US was going to set up food centers with other countries and pledged to be more involved.
“We’re going to set up food centers, and we’re going to do it in conjunction with some very good people, and we’re going to supply funds, and we just took in trillions of dollars; we got a lot of money, and we’re going to spend a little money on some food, and other nations are joining us,” Trump said.
“So, we’re going to set up food centers where the people can walk in, and there are no boundaries. We’re not going to have fences.
“That’s real starvation stuff. I see it, and you can’t fake that. So, we’re going to be even more involved.”
