What a brave man Father Gabriel is, and how true his words. We toured Nazareth last year as well as Hebron and Bethlehem and felt the hatred towards Jews. Father Gabriel is correct about Bethlehem as we spoke to Christians who suffered under Palestinian rule after the Oslo agreement. Many Christians are forced to pay the Jizyah tax and some have been killed for refusing to pay he protection tax. Arabs in Hebron hate the Jews and call it their land yet the cave of Machpelah has the graves of the patriachs going back to Abraham and Isaac and Jacob. This is the Jewish connection. Arabs complain about the wall yet in Lebanon the largest Palestinian refugee camp has a wall, yet where are the Arab protests? Streets in Hebron, Bethlehem and parts of Jericho are dirty with rubbish collecting yet the areas under Israeli control are clean and orderly. Christians are a dying breed under the PA led by Mahmoud Abbas. Israel must not surrender any more land as the Arabs do not want peace but a Jew free Palestine between the river and the sea.
