Muslim “doctor” threatens to poison Jewish patients.
As we remember International Holocaust Day, we should note that
the age-old Jew-hatred responsible for the murder of six million Jews
during World War II is alive and well today, even in America. The case
of twenty-seven-year-old Lara Kollab, an American-born Muslim of
“Palestinian” descent, highlights this Jew-hatred.
Kollab is a beautiful young woman, raised in an upper middle class neighborhood on the outskirts of Cleveland. She graduated from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in June of 2018. Her education potentially could yield her a license as a doctor of osteopathy (D.O).
Kollab was granted a training certificate which allows her to practice medicine under supervision while in an accredited medical training program. Commencing in July, 2018, she was hired as a resident at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. Soon thereafter, her tweets came to light and she was fired in September.
Her tweets included a steady stream of anti-Semitic venom and hostility which ran the gamut from minimizing the Holocaust, calling Jews “unclean dogs,” referring to Jews in a derogatory fashion as “Yahood,” advocating for violence against Jews, accusing Israel of apartheid akin to that in South Africa, and asserting that the Israeli government is committing genocide of the so-called Palestinians.
Kollab was affiliated with the BDS movement, Al Awda (an anti-Israel organization), and Students for Justice in Palestine, which has terror ties. She also demonstrated support for more blatant terrorist groups such as Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
To say the tweets are anti-Semitic is an understatement. The full flavor of her Jew-hatred is quite shocking, even to those who work on terrorism issues and are accustomed to seeing anti-Israel and anti-Semitic language on a regular basis.
Here are a few examples from her splattering of tweets:
Lara also sent out tweets asking for Palestinian Islamic terrorists to be freed from jail.
But the tweets that were the final straws to do her in were:
That the Cleveland Clinic fired her is not enough. It should be a goal to make sure that another clinic doesn’t hire her and that she never gets a permanent license to practice anywhere in America.
The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ, headed by Jay
Sekulow) and the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA, headed by Mort
Klein) filed a complaint with the Ohio State Board of Medical Examiners
asserting that Kollab violated the Medical Practice Act, the American
Medical Association Code of Ethics, and the American Osteopathic Code of
Ethics. The ACLJ also started a nationwide petition in opposition to
the anti-Semitic attacks waged by Kollab.
Doctors take an oath of office to save lives and give patients proper medical care. Clearly, it violates the Hippocratic Oath to threaten to purposely give patients the wrong medicine, in effect poisoning them.
Initially, Lara Kollab denied that the social media accounts were hers until the evidence became insurmountable. On January 4, 2019, she issued a statement through her attorneys apologizing for her hurtful and offensive language and insisting that her tweets don’t represent who she is today.
In her plea, she paints herself as a “naïve, impressionable girl barely out of high school” at the time of the tweets and asserts that she “didn’t realize the harm and offense her words would cause.” She prays that the Jewish community will understand and forgive her. She promises that as a physician, she will provide the best treatment to everyone regardless of race, religion, ethnicity or culture.
Though the bulk of Kollab’s tweets were from 2011-2013, the truth is that she issued a steady stream of hateful tweets all the way through August 2017, during her third year at Touro. Additionally, while she apologized for her “offensive” language, she did nothing to repudiate her anti-Semitic views or her hostility toward Jews. Nor did she disavow her support for terrorists.
So how did this happen?
Kollab’s parent are Palestinian Muslims. Though Kollab did not grow up in a religious home per se, her parents instilled in her the anti-Semitism inherent in Sharia. Kollab admits that her father used to watch movies and scream things like, “The Yahood are Dogs.”
Additionally, Kollab took annual summer trips to “Palestine” where according to her, everyone thought the same way. Whenever something went wrong, the Palestinians would make utterances blaming the Jews. She was immersed in an environment which fostered and enforced her anti-Semitic beliefs. In more recent years, even her social media contacts leaned toward Holocaust denial and Jew-hatred.
Given that she was surrounded by blatant anti-Semitism her whole life and that her stream of anti-Jewish tweets spanned years, it is unlikely that she had a sudden change of heart. More plausible is that her apology was designed simply to enable her to obtain her license.
This is not a freedom of speech issue. Kollab has a First Amendment right to spew forth her anti-Semitism as much as she wants. But she does not have a First Amendment right to a medical license. To obtain a license, the professional requirements must be adhered to, including the codes of ethics.
Nor is this a freedom of religion issue, as Kollab can practice her religion to the extent permitted within the confines of American law (aspects of Sharia law are unconstitutional). However, there are few people who are in a position to be able to dispense medicine. Before a state issues a license to engage in this activity, the certifying board must be confident that the privilege won’t be abused.
The more we normalize the ideology of Sharia, and the more we accept it as equal in value to the Judeo-Christian principles that undergird American freedom, the more we will see similar incidents. The blame cannot be attributed solely to Islamists, but must be laid also at the feet of their Leftist enablers.
The glorification of the BDS movement on college campuses, the increasing anti-Israel stance in the Democrat party, the willingness of the Left to embrace our ideological enemies across our sovereign borders and into our political apparatus, as well as providing Islamists a platform in our churches and schools, are all factors that are leading us to the demise of Western Civilization as we know it.
On the heels of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, it's important to understand that those who spew forth virulent anti-Jew hatred and harbor murderous venom in their hearts will not necessarily return in the form of Nazis wearing swastikas.
The Lara Kollabs of the world, the Ilhan Omars, the Louis Farrakhans, the Keith Ellisons, some CAIR affiliates and many others feel the same way. Yet, in the name of multiculturalism and "inclusion" or "diversity" we are allowing our ideological enemies in through open borders, and encouraging them in our home towns under the myth that all values, religions and cultures are equal. It's a lie. The experiment has failed. Look at Europe. America is next.
The next time you utter the words "Never Again," keep in mind that Never Again won't look the same in its outward appearance; it won't go by the same name, but it will still have the same evil inside. The perpetrators cannot succeed by themselves. The "progressive" Left is aiding and abetting them, even embracing them... all to our country's detriment. Don't be fooled. Never Again is here now.

“Our aim is to defeat the Zionist State through force.”When told she would have to write a school paper on the Holocaust, she said she’d be “Brutally unsympathetic,” hashtag: #SorryNotSorry.
“May Allah kill the Jews to we stop being forced to the unclean ones.”
“I hate Israelis. They should all die.”
“Zionism is the exploitation of Jewish suffering for political gain at the expense of others.”
“Haifa is nice but it’s full of Jewish Dogs””
“Every insult I say is directed at the Yahood. Haha. Even if I do something stupid, I say, stupid, stupid Jews.”
“I wish I could get paid for bashing Israel all day online. Oh, what a beautiful life that would be.”
“It’s annoying to go to school in a city full of Jews…”
“Anyone who says Jews are interested in peace are lying scumbags.”
Lara also sent out tweets asking for Palestinian Islamic terrorists to be freed from jail.
But the tweets that were the final straws to do her in were:
“I’ll purposely give all the Yahood the wrong meds”And another professed:
“everyone who supports Israel should have their immune cells killed so that they can see what it feels like not to be able to defend yourself against foreign invaders.”Lollab’s tweets were only recently discovered because she did not send them under her real name, but under her Twitter handle @ellekay, which stand for her initials LK. She tried to conceal her identity, but blew her cover by asking one of her Twitter friends to Google her real name, Lara Kollab, and see if her profile still comes up.
