Giuliani says that Trump’s campaign is loaded for bear - Andrea Widburg

Speaking on Maria Bartiromo’s show, Giuliani described huge numbers of witnesses testifying to fraud affecting hundreds of thousands of votes.

Rudy Giuliani appeared on Maria Bartiromo’s Sunday morning show to update people about the status of Trump’s fight against election fraud. Giuliani reported that, starting Monday and continuing through the week, the President is ready to file multiple lawsuits in contested states. All of them are based on witness testimony about massive, highly illegal voting irregularities.

According to Giuliani, the President has already assembled significant amounts of evidence that the Democrats were engaging in voter fraud affecting hundreds of thousands of votes in swing states, especially Pennsylvania. He explained that, in Philadelphia, Trump’s legal teams have sixty or seventy witnesses who are ready to testify to fraud.

For twenty-four hours, Democrats prevented Republican election observers from entering the room in which poll workers were counting over 135,000 late-arriving ballots. Poll workers did this even though the law states that representatives from interested parties have an absolute right to observe the counting. He believed that this secretiveness was because the Democrats were engaged in chicanery to overcome Trump’s 700,000 vote advantage.

In Pittsburgh, Giuliani said, while Democrats counted 300,000 ballots, they forced Republicans to stand so far away that they were unable to see anything. When the Trump team obtained a court order mandating that the barriers holding back the Republican observers must be moved forward, the ballot counters complied – and then moved their work tables further away, again rendering themselves invisible to oversight. Giuliani says that this conduct violates voters’ civil rights, constitutes an unfair election, violates Pennsylvania law regarding elections, and impermissibly subjects voters in different parts of the state to different rules.

In addition, in Pennsylvania, the ballot counters separated 450,000 mail-in ballots from their envelopes, making it impossible to tell whether they were valid. One person could easily have filled out multiple ballots. Again, both sides should have been observing, but Republicans were barred. Additionally, a lot of dead people appear to have voted in this election.

Giuliani also referenced late-mailed ballots that postal workers then backdated. Currently, he believes that this affected 2,000-3,000 votes in Pennsylvania and Michigan, although it could be a bigger issue.

Giuliani began ticking off on his fingers the states in which illegal conduct occurred: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona. In each area, there was systematic voter fraud. The Trump team is assembling affidavits as quickly as possible and plans to file suits throughout the week. All of these will offer the same allegations: Democrat ballot counters who barred Republican observers, backdated ballots, and dead people who voted or living people whose votes weren’t counted.

Maria Bartiromo pressed Giuliani to say whether the Trump team was caught flatfooted insofar as it could not stop this wrongdoing. Giuliani took some umbrage at that, pointing out that the Trump team had eight thousand election observers at the ready and is filing lawsuits as fast as it is able to get the appropriate witness affidavits completed.  

Giuliani also assured Bartiromo’s viewers that President Trump would not be conceding any time soon.

American Coup - Daniel Greenfield

This was not just voter fraud out of Philly. It’s a coup by the oligarchy.

 

The plan was simple.

Saturate the media with polls showing a blue wave and an inevitable victory. Discourage people from voting in person. And then, after tabulating the paltry votes of those who defied the media to vote in person, dump all the tampered, altered, and harvested ballots for Biden in key cities.

Even before Election Day, the Democrats knew their plan was going awry. Suddenly, instead of urging their base to use mail-in ballots they were, just as loudly, telling them to vote in person.

Why? Too few Republicans were voting by mail and too many were going to vote in person.

If the Election Day numbers tilted too decisively to President Trump before suddenly going Biden’s way, the election would look rigged, and there would be an outcry from Republicans.

Despite last minute efforts urging Democrats to vote in person, that’s exactly what happened.

Once again, Democrats had overreached, committed a massive crime, and have been left with no choice except to ride the tiger. That’s what happened last time when the Obama administration allied with the Clinton campaign to eavesdrop on its political opponents. And then doubled down with investigations and indictments, not of the perpetrators, but the victims.

Despite the blatant irregularities in key battleground states, they’re doubling down again.

The American Coup is underway. In classic Leninist fashion, its initial goal is to control the propaganda and the process. The media has declared Biden to be the winner while mass celebratory gatherings cheer the new order. Big Tech censors any skepticism about the election.

And the same faction that declared four years ago that casting doubt on an election was patriotic and the best defense of democracy now claims exactly it’s treason.

The only Democrat rule is that it’s patriotic when they do it and treason when their opponents do. That’s not how ‘democrats think. It’s how dictators rule.

All of this is a sideshow. What really matters is the process, not the propaganda. The propaganda is meant to divert attention from how implausible the media’s numbers are.

Republican turnout rose, instead of falling, in in-person voting, and the GOP also went into Election Day with clear leads in mail-in ballots in key battleground states, including Wisconsin and Michigan. The tide of Biden ballots that arrived during the night resulted in implausible turnout figures. The photos, videos, and whistleblower accounts of poll and postal workers tampering with ballots didn’t take long to show up. And just as quickly to be censored.

The odd numbers mostly came out of urban areas run by notoriously corrupt political machines. And the race between those trying to steal and unsteal the election began with a power struggle. In Philly and Detroit, efforts were made to keep Republican observers out of view.

In Philly, it took a court order to even get the observers within sight of the ballots, while the city continued to fight the ruling. In Detroit, windows were covered up with cardboard, and Republican observers were locked out. Potentially tens of thousands of ballots were illegally transposed with no Republican observers. In Pennsylvania, Democrat operatives had been illegally given access to rejected mail-in ballots so that they could arrange for provisionals. And back in Detroit, workers were told to backdate ballots that had arrived after the election.

In Wisconsin, thousands of witness statements may have been illegally altered.

Meanwhile the glitches, errors, and irregularities began piling up.

In Antrim County, Michigan, a "glitch" turned over a county that President Trump had won to Joe Biden. The glitch was only noticed because the results didn't match past trends. More than half of the state’s counties use the same software.

“Just last night in Oakland County, we found 2,000 ballots that had been given to Democrats, that were Republican ballots, due to a clerical error," RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel announced at a press conference.

Oakland had been one of three counties that were crucial to the state being called for Biden.

And then there were the voting dead who went on voting and being registered after death. That allegedly included a woman who voted a week after she died.

The voting dead are not a new problem in Philly. If the dead didn’t vote, few elections would go on as usual. And yet the same media that spent four years falsely claiming that Russians had somehow rigged the previous election with a few thousand dollars in Facebook ads, have declared that accusing the incorruptible City of Brotherly Love of corruption is an outrage.

It’s no coincidence that the areas at the center of the vote fraud controversy, Philly, Detroit, and Atlanta, are also some of the most corrupt cities in the country with plenty of jailed officials.

All of them Democrats.

It wasn’t that long ago that four election officials were charged with fraud in Philly for adding votes to a machine. Three years earlier, Philly came to the nation’s attention when it was noticed that 59 city precincts hadn't registered a single vote for Mitt Romney.

Just three years ago, an elderly couple testified that they were prevented from voting in Philly because they were Republicans.

"When an Election Board worker heard they wanted to vote Republican, a witness heard him bellow: "Not on my machine!" The Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

This year, Michael “Ozzie” Myers, a former Philly Congressman, was charged by the Department of Justice with "fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections, bribery of an election official, falsification of records, voting more than once in federal elections, and obstruction of justice."

In 1994, the fraud in one Philly election was so bad that a federal judge ruled that a Democrat State Senator had to be replaced by a Republican shifting control of the Pennsylvania Senate.

The New York Times, at the time noted that, "Democratic campaign workers forged absentee ballots. On many of the ballots, they used the names of people who were living in Puerto Rico or serving time in prison, and in one case, the voter had been dead for some time."

In, what ought to be a familiar story, "the two Democrats on the three-member board of elections, an elected body, testified that they were aware of the voter fraud, had intentionally failed to enforce the election law and had later tried to conceal their activities by hurriedly certifying the Democratic candidate as the winner."

The question isn’t whether there’s fraud in Philly elections. The only question is how much.

When Democrats and their media operatives deny the obvious, anyone from Philly, from Detroit, and from cities run by their corrupt political machines can only laugh into his mandatory mask.

The only way this was a fair election is if there was no voter fraud in Philly.

And does anyone really believe that?

The plot against America can’t stop. Not when it’s gone this far. Vote fraud isn’t new in American elections. Not even in presidential elections. But it’s never been backed by this degree of coordination and propaganda by the media and Big Tech. When Daley stole the election from Nixon for JFK in Chicago, the operation wasn’t coordinated with the media and Big Tech.

That’s the difference between political corruption and an oligarchy.

When a political party steals an election, it’s corruption, but when a coalition of tech monopolies, media corporations, and their handpicked party steal an election, it’s a coup.

This was not an election. It was a coup.

This was not just voter fraud out of Philly. It’s a coup by the San Francisco oligarchy.

The weeping cable news anchors, and the ruthless suppression of dissent by Facebook, Twitter, and Google, are how fake elections are conducted in totalitarian dictatorships. It’s un-American.

This was not just a coup against President Trump and the 70 million who voted for him.

It’s a coup against America.

Israel bracing for outline of Biden administration - Ariel Kahana

Jerusalem officials express hope president-elect will be able to avoid radical forces in the Democratic Party in favor of moderate voices. Meanwhile, a Biden aide says new administration will look to rejoin Iran nuclear deal.

Jerusalem officials on Sunday expressed hope that US President-elect Joe Biden will be able to avoid radical forces in the Democratic Party in favor of naming moderate individuals to his administration, as Israel now braces for potential shifts in US foreign policy with respect to the Middle East in general and particularly Israel, as well as the Iranian threat.

The four top positions in the administration are those of the national security adviser, secretary of state, us ambassador to the United Nations, and the future ambassador to Israel.

Israeli officials expressed their confidence that a Biden administration will be committed to Israel's security but noted that he may find he is pulled in two different directions from within his party: the first led by moderate officials, whose views are closer to those the new president himself holds; and the second led by more radical individuals, who held senior positions in the  Obama administration.

Israeli officials have already expressed concern about the potential nomination of former National Security Adviser Susan Rice as secretary of state.

Rice, who also served as US envoy to the UN under Obama, is known to hold a rigid approach to Israel on both the Palestinian and Iranian issues. As an official with the Obama administration, she had notoriously poor working relations with her Israeli counterparts, including Mossad Director Yossi Cohen.

On one occasion, she even stated that "even if Israel and the Palestinians reach an agreement, if its parameters are unfair to the Palestinians, the United States will torpedo it."

Israeli officials said they hoped to see former US Ambassador to Israel Daniel Shapiro, and Antony Blinken – Biden's adviser on the Middle East during the presidential campaign – assume key positions in the new administration, as they could "have a positive impact" on Israel-US ties.

"As president, Biden will maintain the special relationship that exists between Israel and the United States. He will not act like Obama, nor will he try to turn them into 'normal relations,'" former Israeli Ambassador to Washington Dr. Michael Oren told Israel Hayom.

"However, the indulgence we had during the Trump era is over. Trump set a unique standard, which included only affection and no criticism of Israel. This will no longer be the case, but it will also not be like during the Obama era," he said.

Meanwhile, a top aide to Biden was cited by Channel 12 News as saying that the new administration will likely rejoin the Iranian nuclear deal with world powers soon after taking office on January 20.

Trump exited the pact soon after taking office and his administration has since imposed several rounds of sanctions on Tehran over its nuclear program.

Amos Hochstein told that outlet that Biden will make re-entering the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action  "a top priority," saying, "I believe that in the first months [of his presidency], we'll either see him rejoin the deal fully or what I would call 'JCPOA-minus,' meaning lifting sanctions in exchange for suspending some of the Iranian nuclear programs [developed] in the past three years."

Hochstein, who also worked on the Iran nuclear issue under former President Barack Obama, said that Biden may seek to make some changes to the deal but did not elaborate on specifics.

As for the potential resumption of the Israeli-Palestinian peace process, Hochstein said Biden "sees the two-state solution as preferable to one state. And his fear is that if there is no two-state solution, in the end, it will lead to a binational state."

He added the Biden administration will "bring back the Palestinian issue to the heart of the discourse."

Voter Fraud Plus Bait-and-Switch Equals Tyranny - Lloyd Billingsley

Lessons from 2016.

 

The 2020 election battle has left millions of voters in a state of confusion. For a sense of clarity, they might recall a significant race from 2016. 

“Voters in Oceanside, Calif., have chosen a dead man over a woman, re-electing Gary Ernst as city treasurer despite the fact that Ernst died in September,” reported National Public Radio on November 10, 2016. Challenger Nadine Scott charged that Oceanside councilman Jerry Kern urged voters to choose the dead man so he could hand-pick a successor. Kern acknowledged as much a week after the death of Ernst, telling ABC news, “vote for him anyway, because that way we can get somebody that’s qualified there.” That presages a key feature of the 2020 election.

As their candidate for president of the United States, Democrats selected Joe Biden, 77, a 47-year Senate veteran and loser in 1988 and 2008 presidential bids. In 2020, Biden says he’s running for the Senate, doesn’t know his location and claims 200 million Americans have died from Covid. And so on.

Joe may be above ground, but to all but the willfully blind he is completely incapable of carrying out the duties of the presidency, the most difficult job in the world. Democrats selected Biden for the same reason Jerry Kern urged votes for dead man Gary Ernst. They wanted to get somebody else in the office.

That would be Kamala Harris, supposedly qualified as an intersectional “woman of color.” Harris is a favorite of the “composite character” president formerly known as Barry Soetoro, who called her the “best looking attorney general in the country.”  That invites a look at the way Harris became attorney general of California, and its relevance to the current campaign.

Democrat queenmaker Willie Brown also thought Harris, 30 years his junior, was good looking. In a daring act of poontronage, Brown set up Harris in lucrative sinecures and backed her runs for San Francisco district attorney and state attorney general in 2010.

Harris was so lightly regarded that the Sacramento Bee, a veritable Democrat newsletter, backed Republican Steve Cooley. On election night Cooley claimed victory, but pro-Harris SEIU drones harvested enough ballots to give Harris a “lead” of less than one percent, and the race was called in her favor. It was blatant, voter fraud of the same brand Democrats now deploy. They halt crucial vote counts that favors Trump and dredge up ballots for Biden, many delivered by the postal workers union that endorsed  Biden, who helpfully clarified the issue.

In an October 24 video, Biden bragged that he had created, “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.” The Democrat front-man got help from California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a crony of Nancy Pelosi. In March, Newsom deployed emergency powers to order ballots sent to every registered voter, which includes at least one million illegals registered to vote through the DMV “motor voter” plan.

On November 2, a judge ruled Newsom’s order “an unconstitutional exercise of legislative power,” too late to stop the illegals from voting. At this writing the massive fraud continues, and evokes other memories of 2016.

“Last time, in 2016, the establishment was not ready for Donald Trump,” writes Roger Kimball at American Greatness. “This time they knew it was not only possible but probable, and they prepared accordingly.” That includes the massive voter fraud openly touted by Biden and the bait-and-switch hailed by Nancy Pelosi, who announced that the bid to deploy the 25th Amendment had nothing to do with Trump. Victor Davis Hanson was already onto it.

From day one, the Democrats would begin the process of deposing Biden in favor of Harris. Biden was simply the front man, and he knew pollsters would rig the numbers to show him with a massive lead. The establishment media confirmed they had learned nothing.

Fox News polls were among the worst and on election night, as Kimball noted, Fox refused to call Florida for Trump even after he had won the state. They called Arizona for Biden when it still in play, with lines at the polls. Two days after the election, Fox refused to call Alaska and other states for Trump, even though the president’s win was clear.

Mark Levin, Jesse Waters, Judge Jeannine and Tucker Carlson are on to the Democrats’ scam, but the most astute of all may be Tyrus. As he announced on the Greg Gutfeld show in 2016, the Democrats “got their asses kicked” but “claimed they gained more yards.” In 2020 Trump is again kicking ass but Democrats bring in fake ballots by the truckload.

As in 2016, Democrats advance a corrupt ruling-class candidate. Like the dead man Gary Ernst, Democrats want people to vote for Joe Biden so they can swap him out for Kamala Harris, already a beneficiary of voter fraud and with the exception of Xavier Becerra possibly the worst attorney general in California history.

To adapt Tyrus’ football analogy, the game does not carry on until the penalty has been marked off. As President Trump says, we’ll have to see what happens.

Sunni Arab states worry Biden administration will roll back sanctions on Iran - Daniel Siryoti

While Palestinians laud Joe Biden's defeat of Donald Trump in US election as a "great achievement," Saudi officials say Democrat will be "pro-Iranian president," whose conciliatory policies toward Tehran will put entire Middle East at risk.

 

Across the Arab world, reaction to the outcome of the US presidential election has ranged from satisfaction to grave concern.

The moderate Sunni Arab states have not concealed their concern President-elect Joe Biden may sign onto a new nuclear deal with the ayatollah regime in Tehran.

 It was only on Sunday night, 24 hours after Biden had been declared the winner, that Saudi King Salman sent a message of congratulations to the Democrat from Delaware. The delay is indicative of just how disappointed the Saudis are that US President Donald Trump will not be continuing on as president. In a conversation with Israel Hayom, senior officials in the kingdom even went so far as to call Biden "a pro-Iranian president" who they say will adopt a "conciliatory policy toward Iran that will put the region at risk."

Ryadh confirmed that US Special Representative for Iran Elliot Abrams was set to arrive in the kingdom this week as a part of a short trip to Israel and Saudi Arabia aimed at discussing the Iranian threat with senior officials in both countries. A senior Saudi official told Israel Hayom that the trip had been planned before the outcome of the election was announced.

While the official emphasized that no agreement to normalize ties between the two sides was currently in the works, the official did say that, Biden's entry into the White House would not negatively impact the kingdom's desire to maintain relations with Jerusalem. Instead, according to the official, a Biden administration would serve to bolster the alliance currently being forged between Israel and the moderate Arab states.

A senior official in Abu Dhabi admitted there was "serious concern that the cabinet of Biden's advisors will be composed of [former US President Barack] Obama people, and the Biden administration would remove sanctions on Iran."

Officials in Egypt and Bahrain also expressed their disappointment at Biden's victory.

In contrast, the Palestinian Authority appeared to breathe a sigh of relief at the election outcome, with PA President Mahmoud Abbas's senior advisor Nabil Shaath describing the news as "a great achievement for us." Abbas congratulated Biden on his victory on Sunday

It's possible that 2020's election fraud is way bigger than we thought - Andrea Widburg

Some people are alleging that the poll-watching problems and cemetery votes are distractions, with the real fraud operating at a multinational level.

Two massive Twitter threads contend that serious computer fraud two years ago in Texas, which turned strong red districts blue, was essentially a trial run for what's been playing out across America in this election.  This post summarizes the core claims in those threads, along with interlineations of information I found.

One Twitter thread comes from Roscoe B. Davis, the other from Bad Kitty.

Scytl is a Barcelona-based company that provides electronic voting systems worldwide, many of which have proven vulnerable to electronic manipulation.  Scytl has (or had) Soros and Democrat party connections.  Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen's Vulcan Capital has invested $40 million in Scytl.

In 2012, Scytl acquired all the assets of SOE Software, which was then America's largest voting machine and software vendor.  Scytl also acquired the trade name "Clarity Elections" and rebranded its American operations as "Clarity," with a data process domain at clarityelections.com.

Everything on the Clarity site is unsecured on Amazon Web Services.  By 2018, Scytl, using the Clarity network, supported elections in more than 12 states and 900+ jurisdictions, covering 70 million voters.

The electronic voting software in Dallas came from Electronic Software & Systems, Inc. (ES&S), the largest manufacturer of voting machines in the U.S. (4,500 localities in 42 states and two territories).  ES&S maintains all its data as unsecured files on the clarityelections.com domain, which is processed through Scytl servers in Barcelona.  General election voting records are automatically forwarded to DNS addresses that include ES&S, Scytl in Barcelona, Smartmatic12 in London, and a Russian server at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk.

In Dallas County, Texas, a deep red county, there was a sudden, unexpected blue wave in 2018.  The computer logs revealed that ES&S technicians repeatedly overrode thousands of error codes for "time stamp mismatch" and "votes exceed ballots."  Essentially, they replaced votes.  Then ES&S ignored the requirement that the data be saved for 22 months and destroyed everything.

Investigators also found an Excel spreadsheet file with Scytl algorithms projecting voting results on the NGP Van website.  NGP Van does voter database and analytics for the DNC.  It also works closely with ActBlue and Shared Blue.

While the real data manipulation in Dallas occurred at the electronic level, it's worth noting that the election was also plagued by obstructing poll-watchers, flash memory cards that showed up with new votes, and shuffled computer logs, among other things.

In 2019, the same anomalies in Dallas showed up in Kentucky, which was also using Clarity.  The most notable was an instantaneous decrease of 560 votes for Bevin, a Republican, and an increase of 560 votes in favor of Beshear, a Democrat.  This occurred at the Clarity level, which was funneled to, and played out on, CNN.

In-depth analyses show that Clarity's systems in Kentucky were a Spanish operation.  Scytl, through Clarity, had the final control over vote-counting and reporting.

Since Scytl and Clarity ultimately provide the software and analytics for elections across America, this means that many American elections are run, counted, and controlled by an overseas company.  Another company, SGO Smartmatic, headquartered in London, plays a role similar to Scytl's vis-à-vis American elections.  There's more at the Bad Kitty thread, and you really should work your way through it.

What Roscoe B. Davis brings to the table is a claim from two cyber–forensic investigators.  They told him that all the stuff we're talking about — the secretive poll-counting, the cemetery voters, the ballot dumps — is a distraction.  The real issue is that the important changes are happening at the level of computer tabulation.  The forensics investigators believe that these changes occur offshore, mostly at Scytl's headquarters in Barcelona, and maybe in Frankfurt, Germany.

As far as I can tell, what's important is that, across America, machines maintained by giant multinational corporations handle our elections and have already provably manipulated elections in Texas and Kentucky.  These are the kind of systems that can be manipulated with Hammer and its Scorecard program or gamed (as they seem to have been in Texas) by employees overriding the people's will.

All of this is pure theorizing.  But here's something for you to consider as to whether these theories are striking a nerve: I wrote about the Benford Anomalies in the election outcomes, as did many other sites, including GNews.  Jim Hoft, of Gateway Pundit, tweeted out the GNews story.  Gateway Pundit picks up the narrative:

Facebook and Twitter flagged the tweets for sexual exploitation.

There's something rotten in Denmark — or Barcelona, London, Frankfurt, at least ten American states, and Silicon Valley.  Trump is fighting not just for his presidency, but for the integrity of American politics.  Support him in any way you can.

Iran’s President: ‘The Next US Administration Will Surrender to the Iranian Nation’ - Robert Spencer

The mullahs can’t wait to deal with Sleepy Joe.

 

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said Thursday: “It is not important who is elected president, as the next US administration will surrender to the Iranian nation.” Tough talk, but there was no doubt in any sentient being’s mind that he was not referring to President Trump, but only to Joe Biden’s regency for Kamala Harris. That’s the only US administration that will “surrender to the Iranian nation,” as the disastrous precedent of the Obama/Biden administration makes clear.

Take, for example, the Iran nuclear deal, to which Biden has pledged to return. Few people are aware of just how bad it really was. The Complete Infidel’s Guide to Iran explains some of the deal’s very worst aspects:

1. The expiration dates: While the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), as the agreement is called, did include real restrictions on Iran’s nuclear activities, these were all slated to expire in the near future. The agreement anticipated the “conclusion of consideration of the Iran nuclear issue by the U.N. Security Council 10 years after the Adoption Day” — that is, the adoption of the agreement itself on July 14, 2015. It added: “There will be no additional heavy water reactors or accumulation of heavy water in Iran for 15 years.” But what about after that? The agreement didn’t say. Apparently, at that point, Iran would be free to build nuclear weapons with no objections from anyone.

2. The delay in inspections: The day after the conclusion of the JCPOA, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu observed: “Iran has two paths to the bomb: One if they keep the deal, the other if they cheat on the deal.” They could get the bomb even if they kept the deal because the JCPOA contained the provision that Iran could delay requested International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) inspections for up to 24 days — ample time to clean up for the inspectors.

3. The removal of sanctions: Even before the deal, it was questionable how effective the economic sanctions that the United States and U.N. had placed upon Iran really were. In March 2015, Thomas Erdbrink, Tehran bureau chief of the New York Times and longtime resident of Iran, remarked, “As the politicians are talking for months to end the sanctions, my shopkeeper tells me he has more foreign products for sale than ever.”

Nonetheless, the JCPOA was quite definite about removing all economic sanctions on Iran. This included the removal of sanctions that had originally been intended to be removed only when Iran definitively gave up its nuclear program; now the Islamic Republic was being given sanctions relief and allowed to continue its nuclear program, only with certain restrictions that would all eventually expire anyway. Sanctions relief allows the Iranian mullahs to finance jihad groups worldwide.

4. The lack of any consequences for breaking the agreement: The 159-page Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action went into tremendous detail about the Iranian nuclear program and how it is to be temporarily restricted in various ways. It also expatiated at length on exactly which sanctions were to be removed. But it was conspicuously lacking in specifying penalties for Iran’s not holding to the agreement. There was vague talk about the sanctions being reimposed, but no concrete guidelines about how that was to be done, and nothing said about recovering money given to Iran in the interim.

5. Americans were not to be allowed to inspect Iran’s nuclear sites: On July 30, 2015, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi pointed out, “American and Canadian inspectors cannot be sent to Iran. It is mentioned in the deal that inspectors should be from countries that have diplomatic relations with Islamic Republic of Iran.” IAEA inspectors, he added, would not be given access to “sensitive and military documents.”

In an interview with Al Jazeera the following day, Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior adviser to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, further broadened these restrictions to apply to other signatories to the deal as well: “Regardless of how the P5+1 countries interpret the nuclear agreement, their entry into our military sites is absolutely forbidden.”

Who, then, was supposed to be inspecting Iran’s nuclear sites? Why, Iran itself.

6. Iran could inspect its own sites: On August 19, 2015, the Associated Press dropped a bombshell. Confirming rumors that had circulated since the agreement was signed, it reported that a secret side deal between the IAEA and Iran allowed the Iranians to conduct their own inspections of their own sites: “Iran, in an unusual arrangement, will be allowed to use its own experts to inspect a site it allegedly used to develop nuclear arms under a secret agreement with the U.N. agency that normally carries out such work.”

These terms were, obviously, absurdly easy on Iran. What exactly did the rest of the world get out of this agreement? Only a newly flush and increasingly bellicose Iran, thanks to Barack Obama. And possibly again soon, thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.

Sitting in Limbo - Bruce Thornton

Those who want to keep our Republic strong and free need to fight fire with fire.

 

Despite the Associated Press announcing Joe Biden’s victory, we’re still not done with the election. Several legal challenges from the Trump campaign and the Republicans are still in play, especially given the copious evidence of electoral fraud and skullduggery. We may yet see the AP’s announcement turn into “Dewey Beats Truman.”

As of now, we’re still facing three possible outcomes: Donald Trump wins and the GOP holds on to the Senate; Biden does win and the Democrats retake the Senate; Biden wins but the Republicans keep the Senate.

The first scenario is the best for all who believe in the Constitution’s limited and balanced government, unalienable rights at home, and a well-armed military that abroad puts our country’s interests and security ahead of various bankrupt globalist utopias.

In his first term Trump made progress on both fronts: at home revitalizing the economy with tax-cuts, pushing back on regulatory tyranny, defending the Bill of Rights, appointing originalist federal judges, and challenging the illiberal, leftist identity politics that has targeted much of the Bill of Rights in its efforts to complete the transformation of the U.S. from a republic of limited federal powers into a technocratic tyranny of “experts” who know better than the citizens do what is good for them and the country

Abroad, he has put America first, calling out free-riding allies all too happy to cozy up to China and Iran. He has exposed the failure of multi-national global institutions that have winked at China’s gaming of the “rules-based international order” to aggrandize its global reach and power, and weaken the U.S. He’s rejected the two egregious Potemkin multinational agreements, the Iran nuclear deal and the Paris Climate Accords, the former of which endangered our own and our regional allies’ security, the latter our economic strength. And both comprised empty promises, feckless bribes, and soothing diplo-babble that will not achieve their professed goals. Indeed, his triumph in brokering the normalization of relations between Israel and three Middle East Muslim states was based on rejecting one of the “moralizing internationalists’” most cherished foreign policy shibboleths: a Palestinian state “living side-by-side in peace” with Israel.

If Biden does win and the Democrats retake the Senate, needless to say we will see a substantial rollback of all these gains both domestic and foreign. Biden has campaigned on returning to the Iran deal and the Paris Accords, and made other empty promises about repairing relations with our allies whom presumably President Trump has serially abused and alienated.

Of course, given Trump’s success in the Middle East and the reduction in the number of our troops involved in endless wars, the Democrats mean our European allies. But contrary to their beliefs that talking nice and deferring to military pygmies will convince them to take more fiscal responsibility for the common defense, the Europeans act on the basis of national interests. Obama was beloved by the EU elite, and they picked his pocket clean. A good ally is one who by his actions shows he is no better friend and no worse enemy. Those who follow the “rules-based international order” end up the opposite: no worst friend, no better enemy. Going back, as Biden will do, to indulging our allies’ refusal to pay for their own defense even as they thwart our policies by cozying up to China and Iran would be a disaster.

At home, if the Dems follow through on the socialist agenda endorsed during the campaign, which basically comprises a redistributionist wish-list of unaffordable giveaways, they will damage the economy and worsen our looming debt, deficit, and entitlement calamity, especially if they return to the tax-and-spend, hyper-regulatory, anti-fossil fuel policies that during the Obama-Biden years delivered record deficits and one of this country’s most sluggish recoveries from a recession. We are also likely to see the current strong recovery from the lockdown recession strangled in its cradle by new taxes and spending that cripple growth. And Biden is talking about more lockdowns, especially given that blue-state governors on the road to bankruptcy will gamble that a Democrat-controlled fed will bail them out when they continue to willfully destroy their economies and tax revenues.

But trying to realize the socialist agenda is a big “if.” I think it’s an open question whether the Democrat Party has morphed into the party of AOC, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren as thoroughly as the media seem to think. We’re already hearing rumblings from Dems who were promised a “blue wave” that would reprise the Obama victory in 2008 and provide them with a clear mandate for change. Instead, the margins are razor thin, and as of now,  it seems that the Republicans will keep the Senate.

Moreover, the Democrats have lost at least 10 House seats, narrowing their margin, and several state-houses, both a harbinger of change in the next midterm election. It seems many House Dems are unhappy with Nancy Pelosi’s failure to rein in the radicals who have tarred the party as “socialist.” As Abigail Spanberger scolded, “We do not need to use the word ‘socialist’ or ‘socialism’ ever again.” And in deep-blue California, ballot initiatives favored by progressives, such as legalizing discrimination in state hiring and admissions, and destroying gig-economy businesses like Uber and Lyft, failed by significant margins. It seems that not all Democrats are eager for the glorious socialist future we’ve seen advertised in the burning and looted streets of our biggest cities.

And don’t forget the Bernie-Bros, BLM, and Antifa base that are not likely to stay quiet if a Democrat-controlled government tries to dial back on the wild socialist promises they made all through the campaign. People who think that a vote for Joe will at least end the protests and rioting will be disappointed. The left is maximalist: it does not believe in win-win outcomes or incremental change. They want heaven on earth, and they want it now, not kicked down the road yet again by progressives who exploit them in order to gain power.

The failure of the blue tsunami touted by partisan media and pollsters suggests that an irrational Trump Derangement Syndrome, not a desire for radical change, made millions vote for Joe Biden despite his obvious cognitive difficulties, record of opportunism, and abuse of his office for personal financial gain. It’s questionable that a choice based on rejection of bad manners and style will be better able to institute significant change than one based on an inspiring, dynamic leader with a coherent, realistic set of policies that offer a way forward rather than a return to a failed past.

If this scenario comes to pass, we could very likely see the Dems lose the House, and maybe also the Senate, in 2022. Remember what happened to Obama: the Dems’ hubristic hijacking of the health-care industry, one-sixth of the economy, without a single Republican vote, even as we were still trying to get out of the recession, led to their losing the House in 2010, and the Senate in 2014. And Obama enjoyed widespread personal approval. He was young, attractive, charismatic, and great at reading a teleprompter. Joe has a yawning deficit in all these qualities, along with cognitive difficulties. It’s hard to see him taking the lead in making significant policy changes.

Finally, the most likely scenario as of now is Biden wins but the Republicans keep the Senate. This will still be bad, especially for foreign policy, where the president has more scope for change. But the Democrats will be blocked from any transformational changes like increased taxes, packing the Supreme Court, doing away with the Electoral College, or packing the Senate by making two new states. We will be just where the Founders designed us to be: divided and balanced so that the most important goal of the federal government, political freedom and unalienable rights, is protected. Remember, every two years the people have the chance to change their minds.

And given how far over the last century we have moved away from those goals, keeping the Senate, along with a majority in the Supreme Court, is big. But the Senate can’t just sit back and wait for the midterms. Starting immediately they need to have non-stop hearings and investigations into election fraud and the Biden family corruption. They need to use the federal courts the way the Democrats have done, thwarting the executive with court orders and injunctions every time he breathes. Most important, make it clear that, per the precedent established by Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer, all presidential appointments will be obstructed and if possible, denied.

Whatever the outcome when the dice finally stop rolling, conservative Republicans must hold their elected officials’ feet to the fire. What this election, likely won through fraud, shows is that the other side has one principle: “any means necessary.” Those who want to keep our Republic strong and free need to fight fire with fire.

How to Destroy China's Bribery Hold on the West - Norman Rogers

The Chinese government, like U.S. Big Tech and the mainstream media, is an information monopoly. There are ways to bring it down.

We face the horrible situation where, if Biden becomes president, we will have a president bought by the Chinese.  The evidence is overwhelming that the Chinese Communist Party has provided millions of dollars to Biden's family and effectively to Biden himself.  Biden is surely not the only person with influence or information who has been bribed by the Chinese.  There are probably thousands.  Bribery is an effective tool that enables the Chinese to influence government policy and obtain commercial and military secrets.  The bribes are disguised as legitimate business activity.

The pre-election blackout of the Biden bribery evidence by Big Tech and the mainstream news media is a clearly treasonous act, aimed at the heart of the American nation.  What goes through the minds of the elites who run these organizations mystifies me.  The most charitable explanation is that they were blinded by class-hatred of Trump.  A less charitable explanation is that these people have been corrupted by Chinese money and Chinese deals.  The blackout of the Biden bribery evidence by a powerful information monopoly is sufficient, morally and legally, for the Supreme Court to order a new election in states where the election is close.

The people who have been bribed by the Chinese are mostly not ideological communists.  They are people who have given in to temptation or have flattered themselves that the Chinese have recognized their worthiness.  Prosecuting them as criminals is not feasible or useful.  Our criminal law is not set up to detect and prosecute bribery, on a grand scale, by a clever nation-state with unlimited resources.

A better solution is to raise consciousness among likely Chinese bribery targets, to give them the mental strength to fight temptation.  For those who have already succumbed, there needs to be a path to escape the clutches of the Chinese and to receive a moral pardon.

The pardon should start with a confession and letting go of at least part of the Chinese money.  The money could be donated to a charity or an organization devoted to stopping Chinese bribery.  Chinese influence is also exercised by blackmail and threats.  In the case of Chinese immigrants, their relatives residing in China are used as hostages.  These people need support, too.

Organizing and sponsoring confessions cannot be done by a government organization or by a single private organization.  Chinese money, and hostility from the information monopoly, would make a single organization a vulnerable target.  Confessions ideally should be public, telling the person's story and exposing Chinese tactics.  Anonymous confessions, if verified by another person or organization, can also be effective.  Unverified anonymous confessions may also be effective if accompanied by a convincingly large donation.  The confessions must be on public websites and be highly publicized.

The outing of Chinese agents would make it much more difficult for the Chinese to execute money subversion.  These agents must become pariahs and thus unable to carry on their business.  Confessions by Chinese agents who switch sides would be highly effective.

There is every reason for us to return the favor and help Chinese enemies of the Communist Party to defect or to otherwise become committed opponents of the communists.  For example, Chinese college students in the U.S. could be offered the practical advantages that would make it possible for them to become anti-communist activists.  The practical necessities might include the right to stay in the U.S.  High-level Chinese apparatchiks could be given help in getting their families and money out of China.  Wealthy Chinese often set up fake business deals as a way to get their money out of China.  Why not help them?

The Chinese regime is highly vulnerable.  Wealthy Chinese, including communists, send their children to the West for education.  They stash their wealth in the West.  They try to obtain residence or citizenship for their families in the West.  They do this because they know that at any moment, they may wake up to find that their position and their property have evaporated.  The Chinese Communist Party is not a legitimate ruler, but an aristocracy of privileged families who rule and pillage the country.  The party is characterized by ruthlessness and high-tech totalitarianism.

The objective of American government policy and the objective of private organizations should be to bring down the illegitimate rulers of China and free the Chinese people to decide their own fate.

The pretense that China is a normal country must be discredited.  Manufacturing done in China by Western countries should be diverted to other countries or bought home.  Chinese military expansionism must be met with overwhelming counter-force.  The Chinese must know that military adventurism will end badly for them.

The objective is not to get into a war with China.  There will be no war if it is made clear to the Chinese regime that it will lose any such war.  The Chinese have alienated many of their neighbors, including India, Vietnam, and Japan.  These countries should receive help in standing up to the Chinese.  Persecuted Chinese minorities should receive assistance, moral and practical.

The Chinese government, like U.S. Big Tech and the mainstream media, is an information monopoly, but notably stronger and more comprehensive.  As long as the Chinese feel that it is necessary to be connected to the internet outside China, there will be ways to circumvent censorship (e.g., the great firewall).  VPNs penetrate the firewall by encrypting data.  The problem is that the government can track back to the people using the VPNs.  A program to develop software and other means to give the Chinese people a safe connection to the world away from communist propaganda is needed.

The Chinese regime seems strong because it systematically hides it weaknesses and touts it successes.  Communism has a sad and brutal history in China.  The regime has been characterized by terror, famine, and spells of stupidity.  Without the failures of communism, China would be far better off today, as is Taiwan.  The regime is not strong.  It is weak and subject to catastrophic collapse, as has happened in most other communist countries.  The regime gets stronger only if the U.S. and other countries don't stand up to it.

'Don't rush to eulogize Trump' - Arutz Sheva

Israeli-American activist Joe Zevuloni: “There are unbelievable things here demanding explanation. That's exactly what’s going to happen."

Israeli-American businessman and activist Joe Zevuloni, who resides in the US and is an ardent supporter of President Trump, spoke Sunday morning with Golan Yochpaz and Anat Davidov on 103FM, addressing the claims of election fraud.

According to Zevuloni, “These elections didn’t start now, they started 4 years ago with the enlistment of all the Fake News against the president. It’s clear what’s going on here.”

“Biden stayed in his basement for the whole election period for one clear reason: he knew that CNN, Twitter, Facebook were with him. And what we see now is that that whole system of deception is together with him.

“There are machines that were discovered in Michigan which had a ‘glitch,’ as they called it. I call it, more correctly, a ‘virus’ - these machines are manufactured in China. In one district alone, 6000 votes for Trump went to Biden. That same machine is used in 47 other districts. This means there is the potential for 282,000 votes that could go from Biden back to Trump.

“There are unbelievable things here which demand investigation and explanation. And that is exactly what’s going to happen."

Zevuloni elaborated that “At 2 in the morning on Wednesday, they suddenly stopped the count in Philadelphia, in Detroit. Several hours later when they restarted the count, lo and behold Biden had increased by more than 138,000 and Trump was still at the same number. Mathematically speaking, this cannot be.”

“How do you explain the thousands of dead people that voted? I saw a list of some 2,000 names - I have the list - with people born in 1908, 1905, 1918, people over 100 if they are alive. But they told me that these people are dead. This is part of the proof that Rudy Giuliani is bringing to court.

“As democracy-loving people, don’t rush to eulogize Trump,” Zevuloni emphasized. “Our sovereignty here is very important. Only on December 14 according to our constitution do all the states - not some Fake News station - get together and give their certification [of the electoral votes]."

As for Netanyahu’s congratulation of Biden this morning, Zevuloni said that Netanyahu “may have considerations of which I am not aware, but in my opinion the correct thing to do, even for Mr. Netanyahu whom I greatly respect, is to respect the sovereignty of the US.”

“The fact that CNN dictated it does not mean that [Biden] is president.”
