Mail Ballots Bag Big Win for Biden, Dems Say - Lloyd Billingsley

by Lloyd Billingsley

How ballot fraud is already working in California.

The Democrat firm Hawkfish, funded by Michael Bloomberg, is laying out a narrative in which Trump appears to win on November 3. As Hawkfish boss Josh Mendelsohn explains, that Trump win will be a “mirage” and Democrat Joe Biden will prevail, “when every ballot gets counted.” This mail-in ballot scheme is already on full display California.

Back in 2004, ballot Proposition 71 promised life-saving cures for Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and other diseases through embryonic stem cell research. The $3 billion measure, authored by Democrat real estate tycoon Robert Klein, created the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine, a state agency off limits to legislative oversight, freighted with conflicts of interest, and a complete bust. In 16 years CIRM failed to create any of the promised cures, and with money running out Klein came back with the $5.5 billion California Stem Cell Research, Treatments, and Cures Initiative of 2020.

To get it on the ballot, Klein’s Americans for Cures needed 623,212 signatures by April 18, and in the throes of the pandemic they resorted to desperate measures. As this writer twice verified, signature gatherers claimed the measure was seeking only $1.5 billion, a blatant falsehood. As the deadline approached, Don Reed, Americans for Cures vice president of public policy, began pushing for mail-in signatures.

“Your signatures might literally save CIRM, helping us put a $5.5 billion renewal bill on the ballot,” Reed wrote. “Its purpose is to fight chronic diseases, like COVID-19, the dread coronavirus—and so much more!!”

Reed provided a website with directions to print out 16 pages, including an “address block to fill out, with yourself as the signature collector, and then four (just four!) signatures from people in your county. Your next door neighbors, perhaps.” This was to be mailed into Melissa King, executive director of Americans for Cures.

In June, California secretary of state Alex Padilla proclaimed that Klein’s measure had qualified for the November ballot with more than 623,212 valid signatures. As the San Francisco Chronicle noted, “Klein attributed their success to support from more than 60 patient-advocate organizations, who urged their members to print out the 16-page copy of the petition and return a signed version.” This was okay with Padilla, and no neutral party checked the validity of the signatures. Signature harvesting had carried the day and Klein’s measure is now Proposition 14 on the November ballot.

In similar style in 2018, when key races got close, Democrat activists simply “harvested” enough ballots to get their candidate across the line. As it happens, this is not the only fraud the Democrats have working for them.

Attorney General Xavier Becerra, once on Hillary Clinton’s short list as a running mate, has tipped his hand that more than 10 million illegals live in California. When these foreign nationals get driver’s licenses, the state Department of Motor Vehicles automatically registers them to vote. By 2018 the “motor voter” program registered more than one million illegals. Alex Padilla won’t say how many actually voted, but one million is likely the ballpark figure.

After Donald Trump’s victory in 2016, Padilla refused to participate in a federal probe of voter fraud, which Democrats claim seldom if ever happens. Legal immigrants and legitimate citizens might note that Padilla was a speaker at the recent Democratic National Convention.

Democrats protect illegals through sanctuary cities and give them a host of taxpayer funded benefits including health care. In return, Democrats get the vote of their imported electorate. According to a State Department investigation, false-documented illegals have been voting in federal, state and local elections for decades. Back in 1996, illegals cast 784 votes against Republican Robert Dornan in a congressional race Democrat Loretta Sanchez won by only 984 votes.

Proposition 14 seeks $5.5 billion in bonds, a full $7.8 billion with interest according to the state’s legislative analyst. This for a corrupt state agency that has failed to deliver on its promises. Signature harvesting got it on the ballot, and mail-in ballot fraud could get this money-grab passed, especially when the imported electorate is factored in.

Under his state of emergency, Gov. Gavin Newsom ordered mail-in ballots sent to every registered voter, whose ranks include at least one million illegals. According to a recent study by scholars at MIT and Yale, more than 22 million people are illegally present in the United States. Many are already voting and mail-in ballots will expand this fraud. That’s why Democrats are certain that, as the Axios story put it, “Trump loses days later as the mail ballots are counted.”

The Proposition 14 signature scam shows how this works: just print out the ballots, fill them out, and send them in. This massive fraud cancels the votes of legal immigrants and legitimate citizens, so it would be hard to blame them for wanting it stopped.

The election takes place on November 3. As President Trump says, we’ll have to see what happens.
