Karlifornia Crackdown - Lloyd Billingsley

by Lloyd Billingsley

From Americans, according to their party, to illegals according to their needs.

As the Sacramento Bee reports, California is “the first state to allow undocumented adults to sign up for state-funded health coverage” and the plan will  cost “$98 million in the upcoming fiscal year.” California’s $215 billion budget, the biggest ever, also included $14.1 million for a new courthouse in El Dorado County, a fraction of the cost of health care for false-documented foreign nationals illegally present in the United States. Even so, Gov. Gavin Newsom vetoed the money, calling the courtroom project “premature.” As Californians knew full well, the reason lay elsewhere.

The courthouse of El Dorado County, on the main street of Placerville in the Sierra foothills, dates to 1913, before World War I and during the administration of Woodrow Wilson. As this writer verified during the 2015 murder trial that became Shotgun Weddings, the 106-year-old building lacks holding space, so detainees are held in public corridors before trial. Jurors must meet in crowded public hallways, and attorneys have no conference rooms for clients, victims and witnesses. The plumbing and heating often malfunction, so no surprise that a new courthouse was an infrastructure priority for the state’s judicial branch, but not for Gov. Newsom. El Dorado County tends to vote Republican, and Newsom is on a jihad against such voters.

“America in 2019 is California in the 1990s,” Newsom recently told Politico. “The xenophobia, the nativism, the fear of ‘the other.’ Scapegoating. Talking down or past people. The hysteria. And so, we’re not going to put up with that. We are going to push back.” According to Newsom Republicans “are into the politics of what California was into in the 1990s..and they’ll go the same direction — into the waste bin of history, the way Republicans of the ‘90s have gone. That’s exactly what will happen to this crop of national Republicans.”

Gov. Newsom is also on record that Republicans are “third-party status,” and blamed it on Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell. “I spent 50 years of my life in rural California in one of the reddest parts of the state, in Placer County,” Newsom explained. “We grew up with these folks, have deep respect for people in rural community.” Newsom claimed, “I actually care about them”  but “I just don't want them to be lied to. I actually care about them. I’m not using them as a pawn. They're not being respected. They’re being lied to. They're not connected to any movement. This guy -- you think Trump cares about them? He’s a sole practitioner. You think they're being protected?”

Claims Newsom, “I honestly am empathetic towards what they are about to experience, which is a profound demise because of their own making.” And “until you have some courageous Republicans that stand up and actually make an argument for conservatism... they are finished. They have no governing philosophy, they have no value system that’s interesting except fear of others. And those others are going to be a majority. So wake up.” And the governor wasn’t done. “I mean they’re getting a completely raw deal. They’ve been sold a complete bill of bullshit.”

And so on. It’s all on Trump, and those headed for the waste bin of history are supposed to believe that Gavin Newsom cares about them. Here’s the real raw deal.

In the style of Karl Marx, Newsom takes from those he dislikes by vetoing money already in the budget. He gives to those illegally present in the country because they have become the Democrats’ electoral college. The DMV “motor voter” program automatically registered illegals to vote when they got driver’s licenses, and more than one million were added to the rolls.

Secretary of  State Alex Padilla won’t say how many voted, and refuses to cooperate with any probe of voter fraud. The state’s establishment media looks the other way because, in effect, it is a division of the Democrat Party.

For example, Gil Duran, opinion editor of the Sacramento Bee and the McClatchy newspapers in California, was communications director for Sen. Dianne Feinstein and press secretary to Gov. Jerry Brown. Duran also worked with Kamala Harris and former Los Angeles mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. Lt. Gov. Eleni Kounalakis’ husband Markos is a McClatchy columnist and dutiful promoter of the Russia collusion hoax. This crew of hacks, hagiographers and sycophants will not probe voter fraud, government corruption, or “Governor McHottie’s” compassionate plan to eliminate Republican voters as a class.

Meanwhile, as Politico explains, the  “generously coiffed” Newsom is “pushing an ambitious state policy agenda backed by a fatter-than-ever budget. Preparing the ground, many believe, for his own potential run at national office after the 2020 circus winds down.” Newsom is a lot like the 20 Democrats of the recent “debates,” and he models what voters could expect should one prevail in 2020.

That would be retribution against voters according to their party, and rewards to an imported electoral college of illegal voters. That neo-Marxist dynamic is already in play in the Golden State, as it slides steadily into Calizuela.
