On November 4, 2020, Channel 1 (Iran) aired a report about the unveiling of a "missile machine gun" system capable of rapidly and accurately firing long-range ballistic missiles. The reporter explained that the system uses carriages to rapidly launch the missiles, and he said that all of Iran's underground missile cities will be equipped with this technology. IRGC Commander-in-Chief General Hossein Salami, who made an address at the unveiling, said that Iran must prove its technical, tactical, operational, and strategic "control" over the enemy.

Narrator: "These are the first images of the IRGC's missile machine gun. This newest innovation from the IRGC's Aerospace Force [is] a smart system capable of rapid or timed fire of ballistic missiles. More than anything, this is evidence of the liveliness and the dynamic nature of the Islamic Revolution. The smart missile machine gun system was unveiled today in the presence of the IRGC's Commander-in-Chief and the Aerospace Force Commander. It can rapidly launch long-range ballistic missiles in quick succession at specific targets.

"This is just one of Iran's dozens of missile cities that contain the launch silos, the warehouses, the carriages, and the containers that store the missiles upright and ready to be launched. This demonstrates their new and incredible destructive capacity to those who want to harm Iran and its people."

Hossein Salami: "Your fingers must always be on the triggers. You see that sometimes the enemy beats the drums of threats. We must restrain it.

"We must prove our psychological superiority, and our technical, tactical, operational, and strategic control over the enemy. When the missiles are flying, the enemy shudders [in fear]. Today, this capability guarantees that our regime will continue to live and to deter [its enemies]."

Narrator: "The carriages that bear those long-range ballistic missiles enable rapid launch. This is an innovation, and there is nothing like it in the world. From here on out, all of the missile cities throughout Islamic Iran are equipped with this missile machine gun. This means that if the enemies of this country [decide] to [make] a mistake, they would have no opportunity to move or breathe. This would be thanks to the IGRC's rapid launching of ballistic missiles."
