The IDF is urging Gazans to evacuate areas of the northern Gaza Strip, to avoid civilian casualties. Hamas has other ideas.
The IDF has published a conversation between an officer in Unit 504 of the IDF’s Intelligence Directorate and a resident of Gaza who informed the former that the Hamas terrorist organization was using the civilians of Gaza as human shields and is not allowing them to evacuate to the south.
Over the past few days, soldiers and officers from Unit 504 of the IDF’s Intelligence Directorate (J2) have notified residents in the northern Gaza Strip of the need to evacuate to the south for their safety.
The resident said the terror organization was blocking roads to prevent the evacuation of civilians from the northern Gaza Strip.
