Mandate of Palestine, And the Two-State Solution already fulfilled / Worlds First Fake RefugeesThe entire point of this written exercise, part of a larger work, is to arm the Jewish People of Eretz Israel with Biblical, Historic and Legal facts, in order to combat the lies of their enemies.
“A Mandate for Palestine was created, restore to the Jewish people, a place for a National Home, with which they were Historically connected. According to League of Nations a proposal was made first in 1920, the territory included current Israel plus the West Bank which is actually (Judea and Samaria) along with the Gaza strip, the Golan Heights as well as Trans Jordan, containing a total of 120, 466 sq km. On July 24, 1922, the final land for a National Home of the Jewish People, was decided to be approximately 22,166 sq. km. This land would encompass current Israel, Gaza strip, Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights.”
“The British Mandate for Palestine suffered a great change, which resulted in a diminished Jewish Homeland, a Faisel-Weizmann agreement was struck and signed by the Hashemite clan. Trans-Jordan was thereby created. A compromise was done by the Jewish People in order to create an independent Arab nation under Hashemite rule. “The land of Jordan was supposed to be the Arab portion of the two state solution. Eretz Israel would then become the Homeland for the Jewish people. With the Faisel-Weizmann agreement Israel surrendered over 77 percent of their “Mandate for Palestine,” to the Hashemite clan. This agreement gave the Jews of Eretz Israel, control of their Jewish Homeland. Even with this generous offer the Arabs as usual ignored their own treaty, and broke their word.”- - Eli E Hertz, Myths and Facts.
This rapidly growing Jewish economy was too good to be resisted, and the Arabs began a campaign of massive immigration into the Jewish Palestine (Eretz Israel). Coupled with this, they began terrorizing the Jewish population with murder and rioting, all in an attempt to steal land from its rightful Jewish owners. It was the hope of the Jewish people to live in peace in their own land, but the Moslim counter-culture would not have it.
The League of Nations 1923: “Any attempt to negate the Jewish People’s right to Palestine, Eretz-Israel, and to deny them access and control in the area designated for the Jewish People by the League of Nations is a serious infringement of international law.
The Origin and Nature of the “Mandate for Palestine”
The “Mandate for Palestine,” an historical League of Nations document, laid down the Jewish legal right to settle anywhere in western Palestine, a 10,000-square-miles area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.- Eli E Hertz.
The first to break this agreement was the British Government itself. Arabs were allowed to illegally mass immigrate into Eretz Israel, while Jewish immigration was greatly curtailed or completely blocked by the British.
In 1948 Robert F. Kennedy spent time in Israel researching a series of articles for the Boston Post concerning the opposition to the establishment of the Jewish State. It was not only the Arabs who worked to destroy the Jewish State but also the British.
Boston Post Headline – “British Position Hit in Palestine. Kennedy says they seek to crush the Jewish Cause because they are Not in accord with it.”
“Once again the land of Israel was desolate and underdeveloped before the Jewish migration.- Robert F. Kennedy June 5, 1948.”
In an official document sent from the British Consulate in Israel to the British Government, it stated that the majority of the Arabs entered Israel after 1930. This is in agreement with Robert F. Kennedy’s articles written in 1948.
Jews coming to Eretz Israel after having survived the concentration camps of Europe were either returned to Europe, the place of their attempted genocide, or sent to the British colony of Cyprus. The British showed little compassion to these severely traumatized victims of the Shoah, in Cyprus these survivors were interned in camps surrounded by barbed wire, thereby engendering in those Jewish victims, the fear of a possible new Shoah . While these victims had the legal right by International Law to be sent to Eretz Israel, their historical homeland, to their historical capital of Jerusalem, which was never the capital of any other nation.
“According to the last Mandate of Palestine of 1923, the West bank, Gaza and the Golan Heights , East Jerusalem and it’s Old City were all territories within the the Mandate for the Jewish People, and it was lawfully theirs.” - Eli E Hertz.
After the 1948 war of survival, the Jewish People were driven out of those territories, and a campaign for more massive immigration into those locations was perpetrated by Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Saudi Arabia.
As Hamas Minister of the Interior and of National Security Fathi Hammad speaking on Al-Hekma TV said in march 2012: “Brothers, half of the Palestinians are Egyptians and the other half Saudis.
The mass immigration into Israel by the Arabs from the neighbouring nations was not a refugee movement, but a massive illegal alien movement into Eretz Israel. This was an illegal land grab on the part of the Arabs, which did not work.
- "There are no differences between Jordanians, Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese. We are all part of one nation.”
- “It is only for political reasons that we carefully underline our Palestinian identity... yes, the existence of a separate Palestinian identity serves only tactical purposes. The founding of a Palestinian state is a new tool in the continuing battle against Israel".(*)- Zuhair Muhsin, military commander of the PLO and member of the PLO Executive Council.
- Arab leaders comment on the Palestinian people - (They do not exist.) under subtitle 11. Why do they say that the Palestinian people do not exist. Because they know that it is all one great deception, used as a tactic to combat Israel. The Arab lands surrounding Israel are all one nation, as the P.L.O. military commander stated, and the Arabs originally came from those same nations into Israel, also as the Arab Leaders have stated. Then they returned to those very same nations and were not refugees but repatriated citizens of those very same nations.
The Arabs who fled Israel because of their failed attacks and invasions were being repulsed by the Jewish People of Eretz Israel. In their 1948 war of survival and the 1967 war of Jewish survival; the adversary could never be considered as refugees. They were merely repatriated, SENT BACK to their lands of origin, which was not Israel, but to other lands in Arabia. Therefore they are not refugees, no matter what the U.N. calls them and their brothers who are living in Eretz Israel also have no claim on the land of Israel.
Many of these illegal aliens still living in Israel, commemorate the Rebirth of Israel as a catastrophe or (Nakba). What kind of insanity is this, that someone can call the the existence of the nation in which he is living a catastrophe?
The inaction of Israeli leadership has allowed the Anti-Semitic United Nations to declare the Jewish lands of the Gaza Strip, Judah, Samaria and the Golan Heights as occupied territories not belonging to Israel. While they are actually legally, Biblically and Historically Jewish territory.
On July 24, 1922, the final land for a National Home of Jewish People, was decided to be approximately 22,166 sq. km This land would encompass current Israel, Gaza strip, Judea and Samaria and the Golan Heights.” - “Eli E. Hertz”
If one reads the “Mandate of Palestine” these invaders, not being included in that mandate, are therefore illegal aliens
There is a great deal of discussion and concern about the return of the Jews, many visitors declared the land of Eretz Israel to be a desolate land before the Jewish return. There is one testimony which cannot be denied, since it comes from the prophetic Word of the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel:
Isaiah 52:8-9, 8 Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: for they shall see eye to eye, when the Lord shall bring again Zion. 9 Break forth into joy, sing together, ye waste places of Jerusalem: for the Lord hath comforted His People, He hath redeemed Jerusalem. G-d states that when the Jews return, they will return to waste places and rebuild them.
Nehemiah 2:20 Therefore we His servants will arise and build; but ye have no portion, no right, nor memorial in Jerusalem.
There is no place in the Word of G-d that accommodates a two state solution and it is a contradiction to G-d’s plan for Israel as found in the Tanakh.
