Pedofornia sets out to trans-form history.
The Canadian government “recognizes Two-Spirit people as the first 2SLGBTQI+ communities.” In effect, Canada now proclaims that the great chief Tecumseh is the first iteration of Kayla, formerly Kerry, Lemieux, the Canadian teacher who looks like he stuffed his t-shirt with basketballs. That is a tough act to follow but California Democrats are up to the task.
San Francisco Democrat Matt Haney has introduced a resolution for “Transgender History Month,” which cites “the suppression of gender variance among indigenous California cultures by Spanish and later Anglo settlers.” This has been documented, the resolution claims, by Spanish soldier Pedro Fages, who wrote about “Indian men” near San Diego “observed in the dress, clothing and character of women,” and “held in great esteem.” But it’s not just about the Indians.
“The social fluidity of Gold Rush-era California attracted countless people who lived transgender lives in the mid-19th century, including legendary stagecoach driver Charley Parkhurst, whose life story was celebrated in the popular television show Death Valley Days, hosted by Ronald Reagan.” So California governor and future president Ronnie must have been okay with it.
According to the resolution, “San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood has been known as a residential district for transgender people since the second half of the 19th century,” when “trans woman” Jenny O “corresponded with the famous German sexologist Magnus Hirschfeld.”
Down in Los Angeles there was “early support for cross-dressers” and “the 1959 Cooper Do-nuts Riot in Los Angeles and the 1966 Compton’s Cafeteria Riot in San Francisco were important acts of collective resistance to police violence targeting trans people, years before the better-known Stonewall Riot in New York.”
According to the resolution, “legendary media scholar and Jimi Hendrix’s recording engineer, Sandy Stone, launched the academic field of transgender studies with her ‘Posttranssexual Manifesto’ while earning her PhD in History of Consciousness Studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1987.”
Furthermore, “the 1973 West Coast Lesbian Conference at UCLA became the first national flashpoint for trans issues in the women’s movement,” and “San Francisco resident Lou Sullivan, a trans man, founded FTM, the first national and international support organization for transmasculine people, in the 1980s.” And so on, but there’s a problem.
“We are now at a new pinnacle of transgender visibility, with violence towards transgender and gender-nonconforming people continuing with high prevalence and frequency without being met with adequate responses of justice and accountability.” No detail on what the adequate justice and accountability might look like, but pending legislation offers a few clues.
Assembly Bill 957, is authored by assemblywoman Lori Wilson and state Sen. Scott Weiner. San Francisco Democrat Weiner also authored Senate Bill 145, which allows a 24-year-old to have sex with a 14-year old and avoid the requirement to be registered as a sex offender. Gov. Newsom signed this normalization of pedophilia in 2020.
Under AB-957, a parent could lose custody of a child for not “affirming” a child’s claims about gender identity, and the parent could even be charged with child abuse. In California, parents should know, government schools keep “gender” information hidden from parents. Assembly Bill 665 by Los Angeles Democrat Wendy Carrillo would allow children as young as 12 to consent to mental health treatment without parental approval.
Assembly Bill 5, introduced by Rick Zbur and sponsored by the California Federation of Teachers, requires “in-service training on schoolsite and community resources for the support of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) pupils, and strategies to increase support for LGBTQ pupils.” As Katy Grimes of the California Globe explains, this bill could be deployed “to target parents who aren’t properly affirming the chosen gender of their child.”
Democrat Corey Jackson claims his Assembly Bill 1078 confronts “the rising tide of white Christian nationalist extremism to stop the banning of books in California’s classrooms.” In reality, all books are readily available in California and if a school district does not use, Animal Farm by George Orwell, Hell’s Angels, by Hunter Thompson, or Citizenville by Gavin Newsom with Lisa Dickey, it does not mean those books are “banned.” Jackson’s bill is an attempt to force school districts to use graphic pornography such as Gender Queer.
Sen. Scott Weiner is also stepping up with Senate Bill 407, which contends that “foster youth have a right to be placed in out-of-home care according to their gender identity and the right to have caregivers that have received instruction on cultural competency and sensitivity relating to sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and best practices for providing adequate care to lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender children in out-of-home care.”
According to Weiner, foster youth are currently being placed in “nonaffirming families that have been approved by counties and the state, causing additional harm and trauma.” The measure essentially prohibits those Californians who fail to affirm the LGBTQ agenda from being foster parents. These measures await the signature of Gov. Gavin Newsom, who had no issue with Sen. Weiner’s SB-145.
Meanwhile, the proposal for Transgender History Month, does not mention esteemed Indian women in the clothing and character of men, or any tribal requirements to refer to men as women. Readers can decide if the saga of male impersonator Charlotte Parkhurst bears any resemblance to the vile trans ideology now being forced on the people of California.
