Terrorists deliberately imbed themselves within civilian populations in order to take advantage of humanitarian concerns and endanger the lives of soldiers in favor of protecting the "rights" of terrorists – according to the ICRC conceptions, these practices are justified. The IDF is the most moral army in the world : Israel is fighting for its life! but according to the ICRC Israel has not the right to act in self-defense against terrorists. Common sens and legitimacy don't leave any doubt : In reality, the terrorist are the only responsible for the civilian victims resulting from their way of fighting.
