Harrison Floyd was the only defendant who didn't organize a bond agreement with state prosecutors.
The leader of Black Voices for Trump, Harrison Floyd, was denied bail Friday and will remain at the Fulton County Jail pending further proceedings.
He was deemed a flight risk by a state judge, according to The Hill. Floyd turned himself in Thursday morning.
Floyd said he couldn't afford to put his family into debt, saying that legal counsel would cost between $40,000 and $100,000.
Earlier this year, Floyd was charged with assaulting an FBI agent. According to federal investigators, he struck an agent who was serving a subpoena at his home for federal special counsel Jack Smith's investigation.
As of now, his next court date has not been determined.
Former President Donald Trump and his 18 co-defendants named in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis's indictment had until Friday of this week to surrender to county authorities.
These individuals face charges under the state's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, as well as charges of conspiracy, making false statements and soliciting a public official to violate their oath.
