Jordan is reportedly readying a diplomatic assault against Israel due to rage over Israeli embassy incident.

According to the report, King Abdullah has been advising Saudi Arabia's King Salman to downgrade ties with Israel. While Saudi Arabia does not officially recognize the State of Israel, the surreptitious between Riyadh and Jerusalem are well known.
Abdullah will also visit Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas next week.
The diplomatic scrap started on July 23, when embassy security guard Ziv Moyal shot and killed an attacker in the Israeli embassy, and a Jordanian bystander. The atmosphere was already charged due to Israel's installation of metal detectors on the Temple Mount, and Jordan demanded that the guard be handed over to police for investigation.
The kingdom also refused to let him leave for Israel, despite his diplomatic immunity.
Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Jordanian King Abdullah hatched a deal which stipulated that the metal detectors would be removed from the entrances to the Temple Mount. The guard was also allowed to return to Israel.
However, pictures of Netanyahu hugging the guard upon his return infuriated the Jordanians, who promptly leaked his identity. Jordan has refused to let the diplomatic staff back into the country, and dozens of demonstrators took to the streets of Amman this past Friday, demanding the closure of the Israeli embassy there.
The Israel Police will conduct an "examination" into the fatal shooting of two Jordanians by an Israeli embassy guard, officials said on Friday.
